James C. Fink, PhD., President, Infinia Analytics

Jim is President of Infinia Analytics, providing clients with the insights and expertise that comes from nearly three decades of work across all aspects of brand-based market intelligence.

Previously, as Managing Director of ORC's Advisory Services, Jim led the development, marketing and delivery of the company's consulting offerings in the commercial sector.

Jim's long-standing competency area and research interest is focused on brand management issues. He is a recognized leader in developing corporate branding strategy and market positioning based on extensive analyses of key audience perceptions, including those of customers, employees, investors, media and market analysts, and government regulators. His wide range of experience encompasses business-to-business and consumer markets in the Americas, Western Europe, and the Asia/Pacific Rim.

His work has impacted a wide range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, management consulting, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications and federal government.

Previously, Jim was President of the worldwide brand research division of Enterprise IG, a major, global brand and identity consulting firm. He has more than 25 years of market research experience, including 17 previous years at Opinion Research Corporation where he was Corporate Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the firm's corporate brand equity research practice.

Jim also held a VP-level market research position at Chilton Research Services.

Jim holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Jacksonville University.
