Marcia brings a powerful mix of market research, marketing and communications experience to her role as an Analyst for Infinia Analytics.

As an Executive Vice President at FSA Communications - and an independent consultant - Marcia has served clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in industries such as financial services, outsourcing, high tech, education management and market research. She has helped to assess new business ventures, plot strategies, develop business proposals, and craft communications for both B2B and B2C programs.

Previously she was a Vice President at Citigroup, where she managed studies in brand perception and attrition, customer satisfaction, and market-share analysis. She also transformed the Retail Bank's website to capitalize on a major opportunity to generate new-account volume.

With a master of business administration degree from Columbia and a BA in English from Harvard, Marcia began her career in the arts, managing opera companies in San Francisco. To stay sane, she continues to perform occasionally as a freelance musician.
