Persephone brings to Infinia a rounded, international perspective and extensive strategic insight into the non-profit, financial services and professional services sectors.

She has developed a wide range of branding, communications and CSR initiatives for BNP Paribas, where she put her writing skills to work as the director of internal communications. She has consulted to alternative asset management firms such as Oak Hill Advisors, and non-profits such as the Brand Activation Association (formerly, Promotional Marketing Association), helping them to align their business objectives with their positioning, and express their offerings to respective markets.

Persephone’s brand strategy experience was honed as the head of marketing, communications and business development at a boutique executive search firm. Through her work as an executive recruiter at Korn/Ferry International, she gained deep industry expertise serving global clients in the alternative asset management, real estate and investment banking sectors.

Previously, she spent three years in the non-profit sector, coordinating international public health programs for the Open Society Institute/Soros Foundation and traveling extensively to promote the foundation's tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS initiatives.

Educated at the University of London (School of Oriental and African Studies) and Harvard University, she received a Masters in Islamic History and an A.B. in Medieval History and Literature. Persephone has also taught at the American International School in Cairo, Egypt.
